This easy and tasty grilled sourdough appetizer can be enjoyed by two or used as a party starter by expanding the recipe ingredient amounts.
Ingredients
              - 4 slices La Brea Bakery Sourdough Baguette (approx. ½ inch thick), grilled lightly
 - 8 ounces fresh ricotta cheese, drained
 - ½ cup pistachios, crushed
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - Salt, to taste
 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
 
Preparation
              - Place grilled bread on a flat surface.
 - Evenly divide and spread ricotta on each piece of bread.
 - Top with pistachios and drizzle with honey.
 - Finish with a pinch of salt and lemon zest.
